Description from a member: It's a service that allows for the simple creation of a web page allowing a patient or caregiver(s) to keep friends, family members, co-workers, and others who might not normally be able to stay in close touch, up to date on that patient's condition. There's other ways to do that, of course...visits, calls, email, etc., but I think anyone who's been hospitalised for any length of time, or who's been a caregiver, knows how draining it can be to keep a group of people up to speed, in addition to doing what needs to be done on the health front. This service is easy, and you don't need to know anything about website design or construction to update; it's a fairly simple template, so all ya need is access to the web, and a typing finger or two. It's secure, and password protected, so the only people with access to any information or updates are people you *choose* to share that with. I think it's a pretty good idea, and I kinda wish I'd known about it back when I had my transplant.
